“It was cancelled? I didn’t even know that. I barely knew it was happening,” communications junior Anjelica Abraham said.

The Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) decided to cancel the dance because they were not able to reach their goal in ticket sales. According to Assistant Principal George Miller, only 15-19 tickets were sold.

“I’m upset that it was cancelled because I wanted to go but it wouldn’t have been fun if no one was there anyway,” communications sophomore Teah Bejarano said.

As for The 15-19 people who had bought tickets, they will be refunded.
