Friday
The final day of Spirit Week began with filming the Lip Dub. This was cut short by heavy rain. The chalk drawing contest occurred throughout the week, and the judges declared the seniors’ “Stranger Things” illustration the winner.
Finally, the Pep Rally took place in the afternoon. In between the eight games, each grade level performed dances representing their themes, the final performance being from the staff. In the end, the seniors were announced as the winners of Spirit Week, storming the gym floor to claim the Spirit Stick.
“I had so much fun rushing to the gym floor with my friends, soaking in our very last moments of spirit week,” visual senior Isabella Gomez said. “It was a moment I’ll never forget.”
