Carly Lynn Gates, CJE is a nationally certified journalism educator. She advises The Muse newsmagazine and website and The Marquee yearbook. She is the sponsor for Quill and Scroll Journalism Honor Society and serves on the national Quill and Scroll advisory board. She holds an MFA in creative writing from The University of the South’s School of Letters.
