Guerrier was later named player of the game, as he made two free throws, spent 40 minutes in the game, and had a final point total of 13. The Jaguars beat the Gladiators 52-40 at the Nov. 30 game.

Shreya Srinivasan, Content Team Editor

Shreya Srinivasan is a third-year staffer and a content team editor on The Muse. She is a big believer in the cathartic nature of art and believes everyone should have the chance to experience what she does. In her spare time she listens to true-crime podcasts, watches film critiques and co-manages Sharing The Arts, a Dreyfoos club dedicated to bringing our majors to middle schools who don’t have the same opportunities. She is truly addicted to learning about new cultures and travelling our world, and hopes to chase these goals in the future, wherever it may lead her.

Wangechi Mutu’s piece, “Your Story, My curse,” hangs in the Norton Museum of Art. Mutu, an African artist, used collage pieces, mylar paper, and glitter to construct her characters. “It’s pretty much all over the place, but I think that kind of speaks for her art,” theatre junior Mayah Bernstein said. “A lot of her art reflects consumerism and… representation of African women in the media.”
