The Hairy Details improv troupe held a performance on Monday, Feb. 14 in the Brandt Black Box Theater during lunch. Their monthly shows consist of six to seven improv games that they play in front of the audience. These games require the performers to get a word from an audience member and create a scene or musical number based on the word.

“For performers, it really helps build your confidence, commitment to choices, and witty (and) physical comedy,” theatre senior Benjamin Krieger said. “As an audience member, I think it’s a really special experience because improv is truly the epitome of theater – it’s the most live, in the moment art you can make.”
