Dreyfoos Enters the Macy’s A Capella Challenge

Theatre senior Dylan Jackson, strings senior Maria Fernandez, theatre senior Madalyn MacKarey, theatre senior Jana Jackson, and strings senior Joshua Ewers performed their rendition of the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” for the Macy’s Back to School A Cappella Contest. They will be competing with students from across the nation for the grand prize of $25,000 to be donated to their school. They will be judged based on their musical abilities, their performance, and their execution in the video. Winners will be announced on Nov. 4.
