Guerrier was later named player of the game, as he made two free throws, spent 40 minutes in the game, and had a final point total of 13. The Jaguars beat the Gladiators 52-40 at the Nov. 30 game.

Emma Baldinger, Assistant Managing Editor

Communications senior Emma Baldinger is one of the Assistant Managing Editors of The Muse, and it is her third year on the publication. Baldinger is very dedicated to the organization A Prom to Remember, as the Event Coordinator of the Dreyfoos chapter. When she is not editing stories for The Muse or college essays for her friends, Baldinger enjoys speech and debate and checking The New York Times more than she checks her Twitter. Baldinger loves journalism and is so excited for another year with the incredible staff of The Muse.

Visual senior Catherine Chen’s illustration was part of the portfolio she submitted to the Florida State Fair Competition and received first place. “I feel that this is another opportunity to display my work, and I learned that its good to always submit your artwork,” Chen said. “You never know whether the judges will like it or not, but go ahead and give it a try, even if youre competing against hundreds of others.”
