The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has officially announced their 2015 lineup. This year’s lineup consists of a total of 154 artists and bands performing from April 10-12 and April 17-19, in Indio, California. Coachella is like a modern day Woodstock, with musical acts from every inch of the sound spectrum. The annual music festival takes place over two weekends, and this year it is as diverse as it can be with headliners AC/DC, Jack White and Drake. Jack White last performed at Coachella in 2010 with his rock group “The Dead Weather”. The lineup also includes electronic artists like David Guetta and Kaskade.

Aside from the music, there is also a large part of Coachella dedicated to paintings and sculptures, many of which are interactive. Coachella aims to feed the artistic side of all who attend, and provides an enjoyable environment for those who choose to participate. Tickets for Coachella cost upwards from $350 due to it being a full weekend festival. Although the festival takes place in California, many are willing to purchase a flight to take them to the event.
